At Red Robin®, we are all about supporting the communities we serve. We do this by partnering with schools, community organizations, and businesses to create long-lasting relationships where each partner is valued.

Details on all the local programs Red Robin has to offer are included on this page. Reach out to the General Manager of your local Red Robin today to discuss any of the programs we have available.

Please note: Not all programs are available at all locations. Please check with your General Manager to confirm program availability. Click the Menus and Locations to find a location near you.

We understand the challenges many schools face as they try to raise money for educational programs, new school equipment, sports teams, band and school clubs. That’s why we’re happy to help in a variety of ways.

In-Restaurant Fundraiser

Red Robin can host a special in-restaurant fundraiser for your school where a percent of proceeds will be donated to your school.

Your School will:

  • Work with the General Manager at your local Red Robin restaurant to select a date for your event. To ensure a successful event, date must be set at least 30 days in advance.
  • Promote and publicize your fundraiser to ensure a great turnout.
  • Remind your Guests to bring the Red Robin fundraiser flyer to the event. All flyers should be handed to your server the night of the event to ensure the school receives accurate funds.
After School Programs

Please note: All fundraiser partners must fit the Red Robin Marketing Guidelines.

Red Robin will:

  • Help you complete necessary paperwork.
  • Provide you with a flyer template so that you can advertise your event.
  • Communicate the details of the fundraiser to all restaurant Managers and Team Members and make sure that the restaurant is fully staffed and ready for the event.
  • Send a check to you with the funds raised during your fundraiser within 45 days after the event.

Student Rewards

Certificates of Excellence can be given to students monthly or quarterly by a teacher and/or staff member for achievements such as:

Certificates of Excellence
  • Academic achievement
  • Perfect attendance
  • Good citizenship
  • Acts of kindness
  • Good sportsmanship
  • Club participation/involvement
  • Music and Arts excellence

Certificates of Excellence are redeemable at Red Robin restaurants for a free Kid’s Meal for students ages 10 years and younger or for a free Monster Milkshake™ for students over 10 years old.

Reading with Red
Red, the Red Robin mascot, and Buddy can visit your school for a book reading. Red Robin provides “Reading with Red” certificates to encourage students to read. The program requires the student to read 10 books and document each book they complete on the certificate. Completed certificates are good for a free Kid’s Meal for students ages 10 years and younger.

We believe in giving back to the communities that we serve by supporting local causes and events. Please don’t hesitate to ask us how we can help your event or organization. We’d love to play a part.

Perks for Patients

Red Robin teams up with local doctor’s or dentist’s offices to help make a child’s visit a little more enjoyable. Our Star Patient Awards are given to patients by a doctor and/or dentist to reward them for a great visit. The award is good for a free Kid’s Meal for kids ages 10 years and younger or for a free Monster Milkshake™ for kids over 10 years old.

After School Programs

Not only are Certificates of Excellence used for Student Rewards, they can also be used as a reward for kids in any after-school community activities such as Boy/Girl Scouts, sports teams (little league, soccer) and more.

If you’re a local business, we’d love to help you. We have a great program to offer, and we’re always willing to listen to any ideas you might have. That’s just part of what a good neighbor does.

Share the Yummm™ Card

Red Robin wants to partner with your business by providing Share the Yummm™ Cards that you can distribute to employees for a job well done. They can be redeemed at Red Robin for a free appetizer, dessert, Monster Milkshake™ or Chillin’ Concoction!® It is a small reward, but one that your employees will appreciate.
