Restaurant Management Team — Quarterly Bonus Rewards
The entire restaurant management team (GM, KM, AGM & AM) is eligible to receive
a quarterly bonus which is measured against quarterly sales targets, guest counts
and NIBO (Net Income Before Operating Expenses).
General Manager — Bonus, Perks & Development Rewards
Red Robin understands the importance of the GM and recognizes GMs who exceed performance
expectations and provide long term stability to their restaurant. In addition to
having several monetary kickers in place, we also have plans that reward tenure,
Team Member development and growth, Manager training, New Restaurant Development
and Leadership.
