Red Robin is dedicated to giving back to the communities that we serve. We support community and charitable organizations that focus their efforts on health, welfare or education and that promote values similar to our own – Honor, Integrity, Continually Seeking Knowledge and Having Fun – in cities where we operate restaurants.

Red Robin accepts requests for gift card donations and sponsorships. Red Robin does not participate in food donations or food sampling. Due to the high volume of requests that are submitted, we cannot respond to and support every request we receive.

Guidelines

Red Robin must receive the following information from organizations requesting donations. We do not accept sponsorship and donation requests via U.S. mail. All requests must be submitted through the Create Request button below to be considered. Requests that don’t meet the following requirements are not considered. All requests must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to your event.

1. Information about your organization including your mission statement, history and geographic area served.
2. A contact name including street address, phone number and email address.
3. A copy of your current IRS 501(c)(3) letter, if applicable.
4. The exact amount requested and the specific purpose for the donation or how it will be used.
5. A list of any Red Robin officers, directors or Team Members affiliated with the organization and the nature of any such affiliation, if applicable.
6. A pledge that the organization will not discriminate against those it serves, or in the organization’s use of any donation Red Robin may make based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or other basis prohibited by law.
7. We may also come back and ask follow-up questions and/or ask you to provide additional information deemed appropriate by the Red Robin’s chief financial officer or charitable committee.

Restrictions

Red Robin cannot support the following:

1. Political organizations or candidates
2. Capital campaigns
3. Individuals seeking aid
4. Programs that promote religion
5. Conferences, seminars or reunions
6. Research projects
7. Organizations with which Red Robin does business
8. Third party giving
9. Animal welfare

Red Robin has area developers that operate Red Robin® Restaurants in many states. If you are inquiring about a sponsorship or donation in any of the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CT, DE, ID, IL, IN, KS, OR, MA, MI, MT, NJ, NM, NY, NV, TX, PA, UT it is up to the area developer in each area to determine which local events or sponsorships he/she supports. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate area developer if applicable.
