Stephen Carley
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Carley brings to Red Robin more than 28 years of marketing and operations expertise in the restaurant, food-service, and consumer products industries. In his role as CEO, Stephen applies his extensive restaurant industry knowledge and expertise as he leads the overall company direction and oversees all Red Robin activities, including communications with investors and the board of directors.
Prior to joining Red Robin in 2010, Stephen served as CEO and president of El Pollo Loco for nine years. Earlier in his career, he served in various management positions at Taco Bell Corporation, was president of Universal Studios Hollywood Theme Park and Citywalk, and held several positions in brand management and operations with General Mills, Inc., The Pillsbury Company, and PepsiCo, Inc.
Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois in Urbana, Ill. and a master’s degree with a concentration in marketing from Northwestern University. In 2004 and 2005 Stephen was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. He currently serves as a member of the Restaurant Leadership Conference
Advisory Council.
Eric C. Houseman
President and Chief Operating Officer
Eric Houseman's extensive experience in the hospitality industry includes a career of over 20 years with Red Robin. Eric directs overall restaurant operations by executing proven strategies and efficiencies that impact business growth and maximize financial results.
Eric's experience and knowledge includes operations, financial performance, human resources, recruiting, training, franchise operations and facilities. He began his career with Red Robin in 1988, when he served as a bartender at the Bellingham, Wash. restaurant, formerly owned by a franchisee. He joined the Company in 1993, and he has been successful serving in a variety of positions at Red Robin including general manager, regional operations director and most recently, vice president of operations.
Eric grew up in Vancouver, Wash., and received bachelor's degrees in English and political science from Western Washington University. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
Eric has also served as a board member for the Colorado Restaurant Association and is currently a board member for Special Olympics Colorado.
In 2007, Eric was recognized by the Denver Business Journal in their Forty Under 40 list.

Stuart Brown
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Stuart Brown is responsible for leading a wide range of financial disciplines at Red Robin, including accounting, financial planning and external reporting, as well as overseeing the company’s supply chain organization. Stuart brings to Red Robin more than 20 years of leadership in corporate finance – a decade of which he spent in the food retailing industry. He has extensive experience in public company finance, including capital markets, treasury, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and investor relations, as well as managing operations teams to improve performance.
Before joining Red Robin, Stuart served for five years as chief financial officer for DCT Industrial Trust Inc., real estate investment trust, and was chief accounting officer at Federal Realty Investment Trust, as owner of shopping centers, where he was responsible for all areas of accounting and overseeing business improvement projects.
Prior to this, Stuart worked for Royal Ahold, a global food retailer, for ten years with roles including vice president and controller at Giant Food, Inc., vice president of corporate accounting for Ahold USA, Inc., and vice president of investor relations based with Royal Ahold in the Netherlands. Stuart began his professional finance career at Deloitte & Touche as an auditor in the firm's Atlanta office, and then as a supervising auditor in the firm’s Amsterdam office. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in accountancy from the University of Georgia.
Stuart enjoys travel, skiing, running, good eats and time with his family. Stuart, his Norwegian wife, and daughter have lived in Colorado since 2006.

Denny Post
Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Denny Marie Post is responsible for the development and execution of Red Robin’s brand strategies and product innovation, overseeing the company’s internal marketing, R&D and communications teams, as well as several outside agencies. Denny
brings more than 30 years of leadership in consumer-driven marketing and product innovation to Red Robin. She has extensive experience building teams to develop and execute on strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Before joining Red Robin, Denny provided marketing and business development consulting services to clients that included Sara Lee, Lamb/Weston/ConAgra and Kerry Ingredients. Prior to her consulting role, she served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer at T-Mobile USA. Denny also served as senior vice president, Global Beverage, Food and Quality, for Starbucks Corporation, and senior vice president and chief concept officer for Burger King Corp. At YUM! Brands, Inc., she served in senior management positions for KFC USA and KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Canada, after more than a decade of experience serving clients through various marketing consulting and creative services firms.
Denny currently serves on the boards of Blue Dog Bakery, Prosperity Organic Foods, planetHS and the national board of City Year.
Denny holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and social sciences from Trinity University. She is originally from West Texas. Denny and her husband, Patrick (who she’s known since high school), have a son, Daniel. She loves cooking, NBA basketball and travel.
Her favorite Red Robin burger is the Grilled Turkey Burger in a lettuce wrap, with onions.
Annita M. Menogan
Senior Vice President, Secretary, Chief Legal Officer
Annita is currently responsible for oversight of all legal matters for Red Robin, including compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining Red Robin, Annita served as vice president, secretary and deputy general counsel with Molson Coors Brewing Company (formerly Adolph Coors Company). Annita was formerly in private practice, and has more than 27 years experience in law with an emphasis on SEC and public companies work, mergers, acquisitions and corporate law. Before turning to law, Annita was a commercial artist and graphic designer.
Annita grew up in Denver, Colo. She received her bachelor's degree in fine arts from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco, Calif., and her juris doctor from the University of Denver. Annita has chaired and served as an officer of several bar associations and Colorado Supreme Court committees; co-chaired Governor Owens' Task Force on Business Law Courts; and is actively involved with several community organizations. In 2010, Annita was named as one of the Lawyers of the Year by Law Week Colorado for her work on diversity and inclusion in the legal profession with the Center for Legal Inclusiveness.

Chris Laping
Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and Chief Information Officer
Chris Laping brings more than 20 years of information technology and business transformation experience to Red Robin. As senior vice president of business transformation and chief information officer, Chris oversees the Business Transformation organization, which includes Information Technology, Learning & Development, Enterprise Project Management and Operations Services.
Prior to joining Red Robin, Chris worked at Statêra, Inc. as principal and chief information officer where he managed business consulting engagements and directed the Internal Technology department. Before working as a consultant, Chris spent five years as a vice president and chief information officer for GMAC.
Chris has received several awards for his work in the IT industry including being named as a ComputerWorld Premier 100 IT Leader in 2004 as well as receiving three InfoWorld 100 awards.
Chris is originally from Jacksonville, Fla. He received a bachelor of science in management information systems at Florida State University and his master of business administration at the University of Florida.
Chris is married to his wife, Kristine, and has three children. In his spare time, Chris enjoys running, biking and music. Chris’ favorite Red Robin Gourmet Burger is the Burnin’ Love Burger.
Todd Brighton
Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer
Todd Brighton brings extensive consumer and food and beverage industry experience
to Red Robin as senior vice president and chief development officer. In this position,
Todd is responsible for helping the company achieve its goals through leading development
and opening new corporate and franchise restaurants across North America.
Prior to joining Red Robin, Todd worked for RTM Restaurant Group in addition to
being a partner in a real estate business for several years. Todd previously worked
for PepsiCo, Blockbuster, and Quantum Restaurant Group.
Todd grew up in various states throughout the Midwest and received his bachelor's
degree in business management and psychology and his master's in organizational
management from Western Michigan University.
Todd has been married to his wife, Wendy, for more than 15 years and has a daughter, Sedona, and twin boys, Preston and Cameron. In addition to spending time with his family, Todd enjoys traveling and exercising in his spare time.
